Fulfillment Policy

These policies will aid users determine how Multiply Co. fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.  This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

At The Multiply Co, we provide leadership coaching services on a subscription basis. Our services are delivered in person or digitally through scheduled sessions, online resources, and ongoing support tailored to your professional growth and leadership goals.

Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately, and you will gain access to your coaching sessions as outlined in your selected plan. Coaching is delivered through personal sessions, conferences, video calls, and materials sent to your email. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your coaching services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any portion of the subscription period already paid for. All sales are final. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to josh@themultiplyteam.com/
